Goals and focus areas for the year are to improve my swim, spend more time on strength training and maintain a high level of fitness getting ready for Ironman Lake Placid in 2015. I'm also going to try coach myself using Joe Friels training manual and the Virtual Coach on Training Peaks.
Writing this a few weeks into the year, its been a mixed start with a cold hitting last week. But I am recovered now and feeling well rested. Time to start hitting the 10 hour training weeks!
